Children aged 5 and under at birthday parties may be accompanied free of charge by an adult. When purchasing a ticket, children aged 5 and under can be accompanied free of charge by an adult. Parents can also stay on the side in our bistro area free of charge.
Every Thursday, for only $23 per person, you can jump all day long at Elevation Trampoline (if you leave, you’ll have to pay a second time).
Outside food is not permitted in our amusement centers. We have a bistro area with delicious meals. For birthday parties, the only food allowed is cakes and cupcakes.
The colored bracelets are very important. They are handed out at the entrance at the finish line, and are an indication of the jump time for each jumper. You must wear them at all times on the playground.
Always jump and land on both feet. Be careful not to land on your head or neck. Only one jumper is allowed per jumping surface.
You may not sit or rest on the trampolines. You must go to the bistro area.
Elevation Trampoline non-slip socks are mandatory and must be worn on the playground.
If you have non-slip socks from another trampoline center, we can exchange them free of charge. Otherwise, socks are $3.50 plus tax per pair.
Double bounces are strictly forbidden, as are double flips or acrobatics on the pads. Single flips are permitted, but not consecutively.

It is strongly recommended not to jump on trampolines when you are pregnant. It could be dangerous for the fetus.
Sharp or fragile objects such as keys, jewelry, cameras or telephones are not allowed on the trampolines. The same applies to food and drink. These items must be kept outside the play area.
Aggressive play, running and cursing are strictly forbidden at Elevation Trampoline. We ask you to respect the premises and the people around you, on pain of expulsion.
Listen to your body and be aware of your surroundings.
The consumption of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden on the premises. It is also forbidden to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs before coming, on pain of expulsion.
With every bracelet purchased, the person who purchased the bracelet can be accompagnied by no more than 3 other guests who do not have access to enter into the play area. The guests must wait at the bistro area and occupy one table.
After your purchased bracelet time expires, you must leave the play area immediately in a safe manner. Once you leave the play area, you have 15 minutes remaining to gather your belongings and exit the center unless you are ordering food at the bistro. No client can occupy a table or seating area if they have an expired bracelet or are guests of someone with an expired bracelet.
