We ask that you stay at home if:
-You or a member of your immediate family is showing symptoms of COVID-19; fever, cough, breathing difficulties, sudden loss of smell without nasal congestion (with or without loss of taste).
-If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
-If you have returned from a trip outside the province within the last 14 days.
-If you are a person from a high-risk group; elderly, immunosuppressed and/or person with a serious health problem.
During your visit:
Help us reduce the risk of propagation by respecting some basic rules:
Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds.
Disinfect your hands using our disinfection stations.
Maintain physical distancing. And respect our corridors created to facilitate compliance with this rule.
When you cough or sneeze: cover your mouth and nose with your arm to reduce the spread of germs.
Throw away your tissues immediately after use and wash your hands afterwards.
Avoid touching your face. If you really need to, wash your hands before doing so.
Wear your face mask
Wearing a face cover is mandatory for people that are 12 years old and over and recommended for children between 2 to 11 years old. It is not recommended for children that are 2 years old or younger and for people with specific medical conditions.
You can take off your mask temporarily to eat or drink. But we ask that you respect social distancing when doing so. Stay at your food court table and avoid moving around without your mask on.
You can take off your mask when engaging in physical activities where you are able to respect a distance of 2 meters between you and others. This is only valid for the time of your activity. Put your mask back on in between stations.
YOUR SAFETY COMES FIRST!
We are currently using several preventative measures that must be followed by our staff and guests in accordance with the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada. We also respect the capacity limit imposed by governments and ensure that our centers are always well above safety standards.
We already follow a strict and rigorous maintenance and cleaning process of our spaces to protect you against potentially harmful germs.
At Elevation Trampoline, your safety is our priority. We ask you to familiarize yourself with the rules and to follow them.
You can consult the Trampoline Elevation rules on our website, at the reception and throughout your course using the signage sheets in the park. Failure to follow any of these rules will result in wasting your jumping time. Please always follow our safety instructions.
We make sure that the employees receive extensive trampoline safety training.
*Everyone that enters Elevation’s activity zone must have completed and signed a valid Elevation waiver. Those under 18 must have it signed/completed by their parent or legal guardian.**
